SHIPPING:

We ship both domestically and internationally. Please allow BOWERBIRD 3 days to ship your order. You will receive an email letting you know that your order has shipped and is complete.

If you need your order quickly, please message us for a quote for expedited shipping.  We ship using USPS Priority mail.

All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

Once an order has been shipped and email received, BOWERBIRD is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local USPS if you experience problems during shipping.

RETURNS:

Please make sure you love your purchase before proceeding to checkout, as we can’t offer returns!  In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, we will see what we can work out with you,  please contact us.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

BowerBird attempts to display all of our products & colors as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can.

BowerBird cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product.

Most items are either vintage or handmade, therefore they may come with minor flaws or defects from age.  Please take this into consideration prior to purchasing.  We will include any noticeable flaws in the description; however, please remember that the appeal is that they are aged and loved, which is why we chose to include them in our collection!

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email.  Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
